A friend of mine had a post on her blog containing all of the things that she has in her purse. Well, I thought that this would be a good way to clean out my purse. I usually just carry my wallet around, but I have recently found it easier to carry a purse because it holds more things that I need. I still also carry a small diaper bag with my purse because my purse is too small for diapers and all the other stuff you must have with a baby. So here is my purse:
It's was a real bargain on Canal Street in NYC! Thanks Brandi for bargaining for it!
And this is the content's of my purse:
I found a ton of change and three binki's!
So what's in your purse??

The Barnes Easter Party
Each year about the week after Easter Josh's family has a huge Easter egg hunt for the kids. This is pretty much bigger than Christmas at the Barnes house and has been long before I met Josh. Well, this year was no different. We stuffed eggs with money and candy all morning. After lunch the kids were ready and waiting by the door to begin their hunt........
Kyler waited with Aunt Jamie wondering what all the commotion was about. I decided he's too young to hunt eggs so he got to watch from inside considering it was so cold.
Josh's mom also bought me a Costco Birthday cake and we all ate cake and enjoyed each others company for the evening.
**On a side note Kyler loves his uncle Chuck that he met for only the second time yesterday.**

New Toy
Today is my birthday and Josh took me camera shopping. I have been looking for a long time at different digital SLR camera's and finally today I made a decision and this is is my birthday/anniversary/Mother's day gift. Now I just need to learn how to use it......maybe I should sign up for a photography class. What do you think??
Kyler's 6 Mo. Post
Ky turned 6 months on the 26th! He is finally growing. He wears some 6-12 month clothes because he is so long, they just slightly drown him around the waist. He is gaining some weight, slowly but surely he finally weighs 14 lbs. He is loving real food and especially likes peaches and green beans. He hasn't been sick much, except for a minor ear infection. He loves to play and is just tons of fun to have around!!

This girl is awesome!!
The only show that Josh and I watch together is American Idol,
he might be embarrassed if he knew I was sharing that with most of the world. This year has been hard, there are a few really good ones. I really like Brooke White her voice is different and I think it's pretty cool that she is so versatile with instruments. So, this is my favorite performance of hers so far.....
I also like David Cook,
he reminds me of Chris Daughtry and he is my favorite American Idol contestant ever.....
So all of you American Idol fans.. Who's your favorite???
P.S. I found this lovely picture of Simon on the Internet........ he is so weird!

Egg Hunts & The Playground
We took the kids to the Easter Egg Hunt at the Filer Park on Saturday. My sister-in-law Heidi was here with her kids and my sister Ashley was here so we all went to the park together.
After the hunt the kids took advantage of the nice weather and played at the park. Some of the adults were taking turns pushing kids on the Merry-go-round. It started to get a little crazy and kids were falling off and others were getting sick. The kids had a great time!!
Kamrin with her eggs. She only got three eggs, but she was very happy!

Kyler and the Bumbo
These Bumbo seats are pretty cool. They weren't around when the girls were little (or I hadn't seen them) and I wish that they had been. My Mom and sisters bought this for me before Kyler was born and I am so excited because he can finally sit in it. Well, I'm not sure that he shares my love for the seat. I have tried to put him in it a few times and he screams and screams. Today for the first time he found his toes to play with and he seemed to like it more. I'm just not sure what he doesn't like about it or maybe he just isn't big enough to enjoy it. Anyway the video is pretty cute.
Easter Clothes
The only real Easter tradition that we have here is buying the kids new Easter Clothes for Church. I love dressing them up in their very best for church on Easter Sunday. So, here are the pics from this year...

Kyler's Shoes
These are Kyler's new shoes. Aren't they soooo cute.... I have a slight obsession with baby shoes. I think it is because they are so small, but look so much like big people shoes. Josh makes fun of me because he doesn't think that babies really need shoes, especially since they can't even walk. Oh well, they sure are cute even if they aren't functional!!
Trip Pictures
Kyler at the restaurant.
This is how close New Jersey is, you can see it just over the Hudson River. We are driving into Manhattan on the Henry Hudson Parkway.
Times Square
Times Square
Ground Zero. Right now they are building a memorial/museum/ or sorts.
St. Paul's Cathedral right near ground zero that was used by many mourners during that time. It is about two blocks from ground zero.
