It turns out those fancy fondant cakes are pretty hard to make. I now have a lot more respect for those professional bakers now. It may not have turned out how we wanted it but we sure had fun trying!

{Happy 32 Josh!!}
Yesterday, Josh celebrated his 32nd birthday. Me and my sister decided that Josh needed a fancy cake, so we spent all day making this for my pepsi-holic husband:
It turns out those fancy fondant cakes are pretty hard to make. I now have a lot more respect for those professional bakers now. It may not have turned out how we wanted it but we sure had fun trying!

That cake looks pretty dang good to me & I bet it was DELICIOUS! We all felt so bad...Josh came over & picked up some shrimp & none of us wished him a Happy Birthday! Sorry Josh(: Happy belated birthday!
